Great cars but we were late by an hour due to the fact that our kid got his hand dislocated and we happened to go to hospital in Sunny beach, even then they charged us 150+ leva extra for one car ( fine + one day rent + tax) we took two cars so overall it was 300+ leva. which is nothing but ridiculous. We were never informed that there will be a late fee if we drop off late.

Good
She was kind of rude and haven’t treated us professionally. Not considerate for the reason given. Pointed out I was late for the past drop off too. I never knew that there will be so high late fee. We haven’t quarrelled or argued just paid the fees as someone else was waiting for the car.

Everything was very professional and everyone was really nice to us.

I've had very good service from Top Car for four years. This time, there were a few problems.

I had sent my driver's license and International driver's license information before travel, as requested by agents. Unfortunately, these documents were not entered in the system, causing me to spend more time at pick up.
The pick-up agents were nice. However, there are a few things agents should review with drivers if they haven't driven that make & model before: how do you open the trunk? The gas cap? The Opel Astra has a very unusual gas gauge--how on earth do you read it?
The service representative annoyed me at drop off because, as I was trying to explain a fault in the anti-skid feature on the car, he interrupted me and tried to mansplain the feature to me. I may be a small, grey-haired female, but I grew up in Detroit Michigan, and I really know cars. The anti-skid feature was misfunctioning. He should have just politely listened to me, thanked me, and reported it.

This particular car was fun to drive, with great pick-up and a smooth suspension over some really rough, rural roads. However, the anti-skid feature kept kicking off, jiggling the car and demanding a manic hold on the steering wheel, both in raining conditions and also on dry pavement.

В этот раз очень плохо.
Процесс получения автомобиля стал более долгим, так как площадка получения авто переместился из аэропорта. Теперь до нее нужно добираться на шаттле, превраительно ожидая, пока наберется необходимое количество получателей машины.
По сравнению с прошлыми годами непропорционально увеличилась сумма залога, и возросли цены за автомобили, но при этом ухудшились условия аренды автомобиля ( при мне пытались сдать в аренду туристу автомобиль с дефектами багажника после аварии). А от меня потребовали вернуть машину помытой. Такого раньше не было никогда. Приезжающий в страну турист не думает о том, чтобы помыть машину. Особенно если возврат автомобиля назначен на 3 часа ночи. Я вернул машину чистой и внутри и снаружи, но на ковриках в салоне было немного песка. Песок я смыл самостоятельно, но на ковриках остались следы: так как накануне несколько дней шли дожди, невозможно сесть в машину в идеально чистой обуви. За эти следы мне назначили штраф в 73 болгарских лева (36.5 евро). при этом согласно проверке цен в Интернете средняя цена полной автомойки - наружной и внутренней - составляет в Варне 10-15 болгарских левов (7.5 евро). Думаю, что компания в худшем случае платит за мойку машин не розничную цену, а в идеале - имеет свою автомойку.
Если есть возможность выбрать другую компанию по разумным ценам - рассмотрите этот вариант.

This time, it's really bad.
The car pickup process has become longer since the pickup area has moved from the airport. Now you have to take a shuttle, waiting agonizingly for the required number of people to pick up the car.
Compared to previous years, the deposit amount has increased disproportionately, and car prices have gone up, while the rental conditions have worsened (I witnessed company try to rent a car with a damaged trunk after an accident to a non-speaked English tourist). And they demanded that I return the car washed. This has never happened before. A tourist arriving in the country doesn't think about washing the car, especially if the return is scheduled for 3:00 AM. I returned the car clean, inside and out, but there was a bit of sand on the floor mats. I washed the sand off myself, but there were marks on the mats: since it had rained for several days the day before, it was impossible to get into the car with perfectly clean shoes. For these marks, I was fined 73 BGN (36.5€). Moreover, according to an online price check, the average price for a full car wash—exterior and interior—in Varna is 10-15 BGN (7.5 €). I think the company, in the worst case, doesn't pay retail prices for car washes, and ideally, it has its own car wash.
I don't recommend this company.

Препоръка - Единствено ми липсваше подходяща кърпа за почистване и забърсване на предното стъкло, както и гумена почистваща ръкохватка за страничните стъкла и огледала при евентуален конденз за по добра видимост.
