We were charged €25 for the fuel tank not being 100% full on return.
When we collected the vehicle we were told the fuel tank was 100% which it wasn’t!! The fuel was not even 80-90% on collection.
Just another way to make money from your customers, not sure if I’d use your service again! I will also tell friends and family who use your service to be aware of this.

Ford custom is a great vehicle for a big family. Lots of room for luggage in the rear & plenty of space for the family.

The employees were reasonably helpful and professional, however the drop off and pick up process is HORRIBLE. You have to go to the office within the city, complete the paperwork, and then walk 8 blocks to a parking garage to pick up the vehicle. The directions to pick up and drop off are horrible, as it only brings you near the parking garage and falls to explain where to enter to -2 level, or where to go, (the map was awful) and it took me more than 1 hour to even find this underground parking garage site (with my wife waiting with our luggage on the streets of Varna). That happened both on picking up and dropping off. I am a 66-year-old man with heart conditions and there was no special help or assistance as I had to walk around Varna in the summer heat to figure out how to pick up and drop off my rental. There needs to be a better system for assisting customers (old and young), to not make renting at this location into a horror show. The car was very good. The prices are very fair, but those experiences at pick up and drop off were really traumatic and difficult and tainted my opinion of this particular location of Top Rent a Car.

First of all, real mileage of the car no more than 60% of mileage shown on tech specs of the car. Secondly it's very complicated to find charging station near hotel. And even if hotel offer a charging socket it's impossible to use it without converter which you don't have. Thirdly, will be nice to offer discount on charging of returned car instead of forcing them to search station near airport and charge care almost 3 hours before return. Also, find a charging station even near airport is complected to.

The agents were quite rude. The worst part was that the car didn't have s full tank, they lied saying that the indicator was defective while it worked perfectly well for me at the following stop. When I pointed it out upon returning the car, the agent smirked and didn't offer any explanation or compensation.

Very new and clean car, but not at all satifsfied about pick-up and drop-off (see below).
Оценка персонала:

Tried to sell us an extra insurance (but we had one all-in insurance) and the formula of drop-off with empty tank (an expensive one...). Let us sign papers without giving us the time to read everything carefully.
We had to pay an extra fee of 70 euro because the car was 'too dirty'. What was not the case: just normal use during 10 days. We wanted to clean it ourselves but this was not allowed. No space for arguments...
